unemplyment claims reject

my name alejandro moncada i working for 17 years in aaa international courier but that company
change the owner and no longer working for that company from 1991 to 2007
but in 2008 star working in another courier company but that company hire you with you own car
basicly hire for you car working for 5 months but my car totally broken and no longer can work
because no car no job apply for unmployment but my claim was reject because that company
need worker and suppose abandoned my job
my questio i can apply unemplymet used aaa international courier

file an appeal immedeately if your time limit hasn't already lapsed. Do you have any witness' that will sign a statement to your favor about your wrongfull termination? You were supposed to file for UI benefits the day you were let go from the first employer. Or the day after. Go online to the NLRB.gov.com and see if you have a case for them to follow up on. Time is of the essence. Don't let an employer get away with a lie about why they terminated you. I didn't. I went before an appeals judge, presented the facts as best as I could document them. The employer tried to back peddle on his statement plus, he didn't show for the hearing because he knew he pergered his statement. Judge reversed all charges EDD tried to invoke on me and granted full benefits I was entitled to.
