Outside contractors

Another big issue that eventually puts us all n the unemployment line is companies hiring of contractors. They will do our jobs and have no benefits, except to put us on the street sooner. Typically the easiest way to take part in union busting is hiring outside the bargaining unit. For all labor reps out there, please do not let this happen. I have seen two of my guys get laid off due to this!
