ui extended benefits when balance is zero?

i am confused about the benefits for ui in new york state - if my balance on calculator shows zero do i still get benefits that are extended?? i cannot find an answer to this - does anyone know how this works?

My unemployment is running out in December so I feel your pain. I live in Pennsylvania. No on at the DOL in this state can tell me why I am no longer able to collect. This is so scary. I am one of those people who want to work and live like this. Can anyone help us?

I am from MA and am calling unempl today re my question. I have entered Tier III benefits and I am collecting weekly but I noticed online my account is saying I have a 0 bal in my account? I will post my result if that helps you as well!
