Help with foreclosure prevention

Spanish Coalition is having a FREE housing fair May 15th 2010 from 9am - 4pm. (You don't have to be Latino to attend) I must stress that this is all free.

If you are buying a home they will have a one stop shop with experts in Vending, Lenders, Appraiser's and Insurance agents.

If you are refinancing they will have the Lenders and H.U.D Certified counselors!

They will have workshops for people's questions regarding their homes.
-Importance of each Vendor
-Foreclosure prevention (Losing your home or struggling to pay the mortgage)
-Financial literacy workshops (Budgeting and credit repair)

One on One client and counselor discussions.
While the workshops are great they are still giving only general information. Meeting with a counselor means you can talk privately and have a solution tailored to your specific needs and as I said before it's all free.
